Se recomienda que se le ponga piso en tablones, teleras o estibas. Este piso debe estar completamente nivelado, y forrado en algunos materiales como gramilla, piso sintéticos, tapete, moqueta o charolina.
Un buen organizador de eventos debe tomar en cuenta la fecha de la actividad para decidir si es una buena idea o no realizarla al aire libre, de igual modo debe atender a los pronósticos meteorológicos por si ese día del evento habrá lluvias, bajas temperaturas o mucho calor.
En cualquier caso y si se va a realizar un evento al aire libre, siempre es conveniente contar con carpas para eventos que protegen al público e invitados ante cualquier imprevisto del tiempo.
En ocasiones muchos clientes no alquilan carpas para ahorrar dinero y se encuentran con días de aguaceros que simplemente hacen fracasar su evento. Otra creencia es que las carpas solo son para la lluvia y esto es totalmente erróneo, pues hay días de sol intenso que pueden acabar con su evento.Las carpas son la mejor manera de tener un evento al aire libre, sea una boda, un cumpleaños, un bautizo o un grado. Recomendamos tener un proveedor responsable.
